The 42nd Golden Harvest Award Opens From 21 March to 29 March2 min read
Reading Time: 2 minutesThe 42nd Golden Harvest Award, hosted by the Bureau of Audiovisual and Music Industry Development of Taiwan’s Ministry of Culture and organised by Taiwan Film Institute, together with ibon ticketing service, has opened from 21 March to 29 March. The crew behind a number of the participating films will be attending the festival for post-screening discussions. The public can enter for free and are welcomed to experience the strong creative energy of the Golden Horse Award!
For the first time, the Golden Harvest Award has collaborated with Golden Melody Award winner Mixer, and the Taiwan Film Institute to edit all of the shortlisted short films of the festival together with Mixer’s song 〈愚公移山〉, which was written for the Golden Melody Award to salute the shortlisted. The full song will be available on 21 March.
Apart from the opening film 76 Horror Bookstore First Series – Tin of Fear 《76号恐怖書店之恐懼罐頭》and closing film We, the Labourers《做工的人》, short films from Singapore, Macau, Hong Kong will also be exhibited during the festival.
In addition to the increasingly rich and diversified creation forms, the Filmmakers also pay attention to social and cultural issues, including marriage equality, transformation justice, etc., and the types span different genres such as terror, fantasy, realism, etc. Many of them have won the recognition of famous film exhibitions at home and abroad.
Due to the COVID-19 outbreak, the awards ceremony on 27 March, will be changed to a livestream on streaming service myVideo at 7pm. The hosts are Vega Tsai, Gordan Yang, 42nd Golden Harvest Award ambassadors Lu-Yiching and Wang Ko-Yuan, and the 42nd Golden Harvest Award Jury convened director Lin Chun Yang.
The 42nd Golden Harvest Awards has opened ticket retrieval options in the ibon ticket sales system. At present, with the epidemic situation, seats are reduced, half of the 54 Golden Harvest Awards film exhibitions are quickly selling out with few tickets left.
Please try your best to grab tickets! The film exhibition will be held from 21 March to 29 March. Fans who want to enter must abide by the anti-epidemic instructions before entering the venue. The Awards will provide necessary measures in accordance with the epidemic prevention regulations promulgated by the central epidemic prevention center. Some of the touring film showcases have been changed or cancelled due to the epidemic.

由文化部影視及流行音樂產業局主辦，財團法人國家電影中心承辦的第42屆金穗獎影展，已於全台i-bon售票系統開放索票，3月21日（六）至3月29日（日）展開，多部參展作品邀約幕後工作人員一起加入映後座談，歡迎民眾免費入場，感受金穗影展的強勁創作爆發力！
金穗獎此次首度與金曲獎樂團得主麋先生合作，國影中心更剪輯了本屆金穗獎所有入圍影片片段搭配麋先生為金穗獎所寫的歌曲〈愚公移山〉向入圍者致敬，完整歌曲將在3月21日首映場播放；除了萬眾矚目的開幕片《76号恐怖書店之恐懼罐頭》及閉幕片《做工的人》之外，華人短片更有從新加坡、澳門、香港地區參展的作品，將華人地區不同的創作力表露無遺。金穗獎官方粉絲團在三月初公布影展資訊，就已有不小的迴響，粉絲團小編被狂問怎麼才可以擠進戲院看片，訊息回到手軟。
首度與金穗獎影展合作的金曲樂團麋先生的詞曲創作人，同時也是主唱吳聖皓在創作這首〈愚公移山〉時認為，拍電影就像是愚公移山一樣需要一步一步不畏艱苦地克服困難往前邁進，藉由這首歌向一路以來為台灣電影鋪路的勇者們致意，感謝這些前輩們的鋪路，也為這些電影創作新人加油打氣！因為有大家，台灣的電影創作才會越來越精彩！
金穗獎影展的開幕片《76号恐怖書店之恐懼罐頭》導演莊絢維曾以《塗鴉狗SPOON》、《復仇》分別入圍金穗獎最佳動畫片、最佳劇情片，新作除了視覺駭人，也著重音效地使用添加驚魂感，以完整的驚悚元素玩起警世梗，將恐怖滋味曲折出不同的韻味，讓角色陷進極其荒謬，卻又無法自拔的生命困境。
而閉幕片《做工的人》是曾任金穗獎評審的導演鄭芬芬所執導的影集，該片的攝影則是曾獲金穗獎導演的林君陽擔任，劇中飾演主角之一的游安順更是金穗獎入圍常客。懷抱發財夢的男主角李銘順，與板模工游安順及開怪手的薛仕凌，被其他工人戲稱為「噗嚨共三人組」，三個麻吉好友在工地裡上演一場又一場荒謬搞笑的發財戲碼。
另外本屆的競賽影片中，可以發現除了創作形式越趨豐富多元脈絡之外，包含創作者也關注包括婚姻平權、轉型正義在內等社會、文化議題，類型更是橫跨恐怖、奇幻、寫實等不同風格。今年金穗獎入圍作品依舊實力堅強，當中不乏多部已獲得國內外知名影展的肯定。
與金穗獎同為扶持影視創作的「電影短片輔導金成果」單元也是觀眾索票的熱門場，同時入圍金穗獎的《洛西．布拉西》、《蟾鳴》、《她他》、《唐朝綺麗男》勢必再掀起一波熱潮！
另一方面，基於新冠肺炎之影響下，原訂3月27日將舉辦之頒獎典禮，將改為當天現場直播的方式於「台灣大哥大myVideo影音隨看」晚上七點揭曉得獎名單，主持人為蔡燦得、楊達敬，第42屆金穗大使陸弈靜、王可元，還有第42屆金穗獎的評審團總召集林君陽導演，也會在現場擔任揭曉獎項嘉賓並解說，並另擇期辦理頒獎交流活動，請關心金穗的影迷不要錯過。
