SEAFIC Script Lab Joins Forces With Produire au Sud1 min read
Reading Time: < 1 minuteNew script development initiative, Southeast Asia Fiction Film Lab (SEAFIC) has joined forces with the Produire au Sud producer training workshop. Part of the Festival des 3 Continents in Nantes, France, Produire Au Sud has operated an annual workshop in Bangkok, Thailand for several years. SEAFIC is launching its three-part course at multiple locations across the region from October this year.
The new arrangement will consolidate both programs’ calls for entries. The five projects eventually selected for SEAFIC will automatically be enrolled in Produire au Sud’s Southeast Asia workshop. The directors and screenwriter will attend SEAFIC’s script development lab, while in parallel the producers of those same projects get to attend Produire au Sud.
