Kaohsiung International Short Film Competition encourages all mainstream and non-mainstream short films creators to come together in Kaohsiung to have the most direct encounter with the passionate audiences.

Requirements:
1) Films completed after: January 1st, 2015
2) Maximum duration: 25 minutes
3) Country of production: All countries
4) Screening format: HD files (MP4, MOV files /1080p (H264/ProRes 422 codec)
5) Accepted genres: All genres
6) No re-entry: Films already submitted to previous editions will not be accepted.

The nominations will be announced late September on the official website and Facebook.
