Jack Neo produces ex-convict drama “Take 2”1 min read

From the team that brought us “Ah Boys to Men 3: Frogmen”, comes a heartwarming drama by the name of “Take 2”. Jack Neo, who directed the “Ah Boys” movie series, is set to serve as executive producer on the drama movie, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

The movie, which tells the story of four ex-convicts, will be helmed by Ivan Ho, who previously co-wrote the third “Ah Boys” instalment and the two-part “Long Long Time Ago” with Neo. With a budget of SGD1 million, “Take 2” will be jointly-produced by Neo’s J Team Productions and mm2 Entertainment. It is one of the three titles unveiled by the latter recently at the Hong Kong Filmart.
