For the past years, Singapore Short Film Awards (SSFA) presented by The Substation Moving Images has sustained itself as an exciting platform for up and coming filmmakers to showcase their works and learn form one another. Coming 29 February to 6 March next year, SSFA will be back for the 7th year with a series of public nominees screenings at The Substation and new initiatives preceding the ceremony on 6 March including masterclasses with well-known film experts.

The Awards include:

1. Best Fiction Film
2. Best Director
3. Best Animation
4. Best Documentary Film
5. Best Editing
6. Best Sound
7. Best Art Direction
8. Best Cinematography
9. Best Performance
10. Best Script
11. Best Experimental Film

Submission is now open with a fee of $10 and will close on Monday 30 November 2015, 1200hrs SGT.
