New Hope Film Festival presents movies from around the globe1 min read
Reading Time: < 1 minuteThis year’s New Hope Film Festival will feature 89 films from 21 countries, including cinematic works from the U.S., Australia, Ireland, the United Kingdom, Austria, the Czech Republic, Germany, Brazil, Puerto Rico, Venezuela, Singapore, Canada, France, Italy, Thailand, Sweden, and South Korea. Many of the films are U.S. and world premieres. Film enthusiasts will be amazed at the selection of full-length feature, short, action, documentary, student and Mid-Atlantic student films.
The Festival will take place from July 8 through July 17. All movies will be screened at the New Hope Arts Center and New Hope-Solebury High School’s Stephen J. Buck Memorial Theater. An experimental new offering this year is the $5 matinee”¦really, $5. Regular advance tickets will be $9.50. By purchasing tickets in advance and online patrons can save money and reserve a seat. Ticket prices at the door will range from $6 to $12, with $10 tickets available for students (ID required) and seniors (65+).
