Festival-of-Films.com, an innovative online portal featuring intelligent and emotionally charged films for passionate movie buffs, is running the film free of charge for a six-month period starting in January.
The highly provocative independent film, which was chosen by Festival-of-Films.com for its authentic, blunt and even-handed approach to the subject matter, explores in great detail what many consider to be the most pressing global issue of our time: whether the inevitable re-emergence of China as a 21st-century world power will resemble a peaceful rise or a potential threat.
“The rise of China is the single biggest event in our generation,” comments director and producer Jesse Veverka. “It encompasses everything from militarism, globalization and the financial crisis, to human rights, the environment and positive change.”
