RGM to co-finance Fox International slate1 min read
Reading Time: < 1 minuteSingapore-based talent management and film finance group RGM Media will have a piece of all future movies emerging from the Fox International Productions slate.
The deal sees RGM co-finance FIP’s local language movies in non-English language markets and is supported by Singapore’s Media Development Authority.
The partnership, which mirrors Dune Entertainment’s deal with 20th Century Fox or Village Roadshow Pictures arrangement with Warner Bros, allows the studio to defray risk as it expands its production activities in smaller developing markets.
FIP, which is headed by Sanford Panitch, has been involved with Asian films including India’s My Name Is Khan, Hong Kong-Chinese production Hot Summer Days and South Korea’s The Yellow Sea.
