Reading Time: < 1 minuteThe awarding ceremony of the 10th South Taiwan Film Festival was held at Art Center of National Cheng Kung University (NCKU).
“Hand in Hand” won the grand prize in 2010 South Taiwan Film Festival South Award-Chinese Films Competition.
Directed by the couple Lan-Chuan Yen and Yi-Tzeng Juang, it focuses on the love story between Dr. Tian and Mrs. Tian, beginning with their romance and then describing how passionately Mrs. Tian takes care of her husband, thus showing a symphony of life’s bitterness and sweetness and its difficulties and simplicities.
The South Taiwan Film Festival South Award-Chinese Films Competition, established in 2003, aims to encourage more potential filmmakers and discover talents in mandarin-spoken areas.
