The 48-year-old Indian actor started his Hollywood journey in 2007 with Michael Winterbottom directed film A Mighty Heart.
Since then, we have seen Khan in many other Hollywood films like The Namesake, The Darjeeling Limited, Slumdog Millionaire, New York, I Love You, Hisss and In Treatment.
Speaking about this latest Hollywood venture, Irrfan said that it is like a dream come true for being cast in this movie. However, he did not elaborate much about his role and said that he will play the new villain Proto Goblin.
