Initiated by a group of students from LASALLE, discussions and exchange of views are encouraged between members of the public and arts practitioners on the regulatory issue of films in Singapore.
Kelvin Sng graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Film Production (Directing major) at Ngee Ann Polytechnic after receiving the Media Education Scheme Award from the Media Development Authority (MDA) of Singapore.
Besides “More Than Words”, Kelvin’s 2006 short film “Kichiro”, a homage to Japanese ultra-violent cult films, has been screened at the prestigious Beijing Film Academy and has recently ended its run in the international film festival circuit.
