Reading Time: < 1 minuteHong Kong-listed Chinese movie conglomerate Orange Sky Golden Harvest has bought a stake in The Dark Knight and Inception producer Legendary Pictures.
The deal is a cash transaction of $25 million and buys Golden Harvest a 3.33% stake in Legendary. It also gives the Chinese company a seat on Legendary’s board.
