‘1028’ — Prequel to 8811 min read
Reading Time: < 1 minuteRoyston Tan has officially started lensing his latest film entitled ‘1028’ (working title), a prequel to his box-office hit 881. Festivities kicked off at Royston’s new production company, also called 10TwentyEight. Investors in this film include MediaCorp Raintree, Infinite Frameworks and 1028.
The movie revolves around a songstress and the man in her life, and will roll out over a bed of Hokkien songs, much like 881. Cast includes Liu Ling Ling, Qi Yu Wu, Huang Yi Liang, Yeo Yann Yann and Mindee Ong.
