Enjoy a good pontianak story or getting spooked by tales of Japanese yokai, but wondered what exactly sets them a class apart from Hollywood slasher flicks? Then the Asian Film Archives‘ Asian Horror Film Seminar might be for you.

Besides critically exploring the genre of Asian horror films, participants will also get to apply what they have learned by shooting their own horror video with the Nokia N93 cell phones provided.
